　　The position of Area Sales Manager
　　区域销售经理 - 轴承产品
 
　　Responsibilities/工作职责：
　　- Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets
　　计划并执行销售活动以完成销售目标
　　- actively develop new market and explore new sales opportunities
　　积极开拓新市场并创造销售机会
　　- develop distribution network
　　发展经销商网络
　　- Visit customers to understand their development needs, strengthen customer relations  and to develop business
　　拜访客户以理解他们的需求、加强客户关系并取得业务发展
　　- Collect and analyze the market information, implement marketing activities, identify business opportunities and competitors position,recommend new business solutions
　　收集并分析市场信息，展开市场活动，确定业务机会和竞争对手状况，提出新的解决方案。
　　- Coordinate engineering support to customers
　　协调对客户的工程技术支持
　　- Handle customer complaint responsively to ensure to be closed satisfactorily
　　快速响应客户投诉并确保得到满意解决

　　Requirements/工作要求：
　　- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  　机械工程或类似本科专业
　　- Working experience in bearing industry would be an advantage
  　3年以上机械类产品销售经验，有轴承行业销售经验优先。
　　- Technical knowledge of mechanical and/or bearing application in the related industries
   　有机械或轴承技术背景
　　- Good planning, coordination, communication, team work and problem solving skills
   　良好的工作安排、协调、沟通、团队合作及解决问题能力。
　- Good learning ability and work well under great pressure，
   　良好的办公软件应用能力，良好的压力下工作能力，能经常出差。
